Similar, Yet Different
This small chameleon decal may look similar to another project from a few months back. It is different in two ways. First, this small chameleon is only four inches tall. Second, while both are zentangle/mandala designs, they are different styles/patterns. This design is found as part of Cricut’s Design Space subscription (design number M129B6F5F).
Did you know that with a design number, you can search for an exact design? From the canvas, click ‘Images’. You’ll see a search bar at the top. Simply type in the design number and it will show up in your results.
Tip – Make sure to include the pound symbol/hashtag symbol before the alphanumeric code.
Another New Filming Light
This light panel…it has been everything to filming lately! The LED nodes are diffused by the front panel. The light display area is sizable at 7.5 inches tall by 10.5 inches wide. The light from the panel is evenly distributed, so there are no hot spots or shadowed areas. The heat generated from use does not build up, so it doesn’t ever seem too warm to the touch, even after over two hours of continuous use.
The back panel displays brightness percentage and light temperature. It has two scrolling wheels on the side to adjust the brightness and color temperature to your preference. My favorite feature is the built in battery. Most times when filming, I can leave it plugged in. But for times when it needs to be moved and being plugged in is inconvenient, it’s able to be moved around and work on battery life. Battery life is also displayed on the back display panel.
This light panel comes with a hot shoe head to allow it to be adjusted easily to meet filming needs. It can also affixed to cameras and tripods. Mine is currently on a tabletop tripod, as you can see from the pictures above. I know I seem to be going on and on, but I really do love working with this light. I mean it when I say it has improved filming quality.
